By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before proceeding with any repair services or purchases.
We stand behind the quality of our repair services. If you are not satisfied with the repair service provided, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your repaired device. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, either re-repair the device at no additional cost, offer a partial refund, or provide a full refund.
If we diagnose your device but you decide not to proceed with the repair, a diagnostic fee may apply. This fee will be clearly communicated to you before any work begins.
In some cases, despite our best efforts, a repair may not be possible due to the extent of damage or other unforeseen issues. If we cannot repair your device:

New, unopened products and accessories purchased from TechFix Bahrain can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition with all packaging and accessories intact.

If your device shows evidence of previous unauthorized repairs or modifications, this may limit our ability to repair it and may affect warranty coverage and refund eligibility.
