TechFix Bahrain provides mobile device repair services, including but not limited to screen replacement, battery replacement, water damage repair, charging port repair, and other related services for smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices.
While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend scheduling an appointment through our website or by calling us to minimize wait times. Appointments are subject to availability and we reserve the right to reschedule if necessary.
When you bring your device to us, we will perform a diagnosis to identify the issue(s) and provide you with a repair quote. We may charge a diagnostic fee which will be applied toward the cost of repair if you proceed with our services.

We strongly recommend backing up all data on your device before submitting it for repair. TechFix Bahrain is not responsible for any loss of data that may occur during the repair process. We do not routinely backup customer data unless specifically requested and paid for as an additional service.
All price quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued. Prices may vary depending on the specific model of your device and the extent of damage.
If additional issues are discovered during the repair process, we will contact you with an updated quote before proceeding with any additional repairs that would incur extra costs.
We accept payment by cash, credit card, debit card, and mobile payment solutions. Full payment is required before the repaired device is returned to you.
For certain repairs, we may require a deposit before ordering parts or beginning work. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the repair after parts have been ordered.
All repairs come with a 30-day warranty covering the specific repair performed and parts replaced. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

To make a warranty claim, please bring your device back to our location with your repair receipt within the warranty period. We will assess the device and determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
Repaired devices should be collected within 30 days of completion notification. We reserve the right to charge a storage fee for devices not collected within this period.
Devices not collected within 90 days of completion notification may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to sell or dispose of abandoned devices to recover repair and storage costs.
When collecting your device, you must present valid photo identification and your repair receipt. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must have written authorization from you and present their own identification.
When you create an account on our website, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access our services and for any activities or actions under your password.

In no event shall TechFix Bahrain, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Our total liability for all claims related to our services shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amounts paid by you to TechFix Bahrain for the past three months of service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TechFix Bahrain and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to our services, or your violation of these Terms.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that TechFix Bahrain shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
